Shipping your product to have it reached you in time is our highest priority. Because most of our supplies are located internationally, shipping and handling times may vary. The average delivery time from our suppliers to your destination is 7 to 14 days.

Also, note that there are several factors that affect shipping time, including incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or just error during payment processing. If such case arises, Kem's Pet Supplies will try to reach out to customers involved via available contact information to make correction, process and ship out the order. 

Weather conditions, third party shipping or holiday seasons are other factors that may also affect shipping that are beyond Kem's Pet Supplies control. Every effort will be made during such times to keep customers informed of their delivery.
